She loves them and finds them very stylish and comfortable. They are true to size. She has very high arches which usually creates issues with the upper chafing the top of her foot. These sandals do not have that issue. The insole is soft and supportive. She is on her feet for long periods and looks forward to changing into these at end of day or just wearing all day as a break from her normal shoes or boots. She is very finicky about what she wears on her feet as she is on them a lot.
