Being a size 12, a simple silver heel can be hard to find so I resorted to shoe shopping online. The shoes arrived quickly and in good condition. They are very pretty and matched the photo on the site perfectly, and they were true to size.I didn't wear them until the day of the wedding, so they were still brand new. The short side straps that hold the heel strap in place came off of the shoe before I'd even arrived at the wedding! Apprently they are just glued in place, not sewn in or secured in a more thorough manner. We weren't able to fix them so my date ended up cutting the side straps off entirely. I still had the piece that goes around my heels, but without the side straps to hold them up, they continuously slid down the back of my foot.
